BY MAILING THIS DEPOSIT FORM, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
I understand:
That I have read the kitten/cat AGREEMENT/CONTRACT and will sign it at kitten pick-up or prior to shipping.
That the deposit is non-refundable except if a kitten is not available within 12 months. I then can extend the deposit time or request a refund. There is NO refund of deposit if you choose to not take an offered kitten.
That I am picking up my kitten within a reasonable time after the kitten is 14 weeks old.
That I am paying in cash or money order the balance due.
That I will receive photos during the deposit time so that I can see the litter.
That I may visit the kitten when he/she is 10 weeks old and has been vaccinated.
That a specific kitten will be held for me upon viewing photos or visiting the litter and if due to unforeseen circumstances, the selected kitten is unavailable then the deposit may be returned, another kitten of the same sex and color may be selected or I can wait for another litter to be born.
That if I am having my kitten shipped, my balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to shipping.
That prior to shipping, I must sign and return the kitten agreement/contract which the breeder will send me.
That I am responsible for ALL shipping costs: health certificate/exam, rabies vaccination, crate, airfare, transportation fee to airport, etc…..
